Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing time at the hotel! The rooms by the pool were a really good size with a separate bath and walk-in shower. I practically lived on the roof terrace for the whole fortnight. The only downside was the 'Up' rate for certain rooms, which comes with increased prices even if you don't use all the perks.
The hotel offers excellent 'Up' rooms along with very good quality public areas. Cleaning of the rooms was okay, but there was lots of noise in the morning due to roof terrace cleaning. The staff, especially Agonay overseeing the 'Up' experience, were professional and friendly, providing amazing snacks and drinks included in the 'Up' price. The location was convenient for accessing local amenities on foot, with great views from the UP roof terrace. The dining experience was top-notch with a diverse selection of food. Overall, a great time was had, and a return visit is highly likely.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The room we stayed in wasn't impressive, with limited views due to a tree blocking the window. The dining experience left much to be desired with a strict dress code that was not enforced and cold vegetables. On the bright side, the service, led by the friendly Agoney, was efficient and the location was lovely despite some issues with the sun beds. The dining options were satisfactory and the UP rooftop terrace provided a relaxing VIP experience.
